OUR MISSION
Our mission is to compassionately serve and empower low-income, homeless, and socially isolated seniors within Los Angeles County, with a special focus on those from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, the LGBTQ+ elderly community, and seniors with disabilities. We are dedicated to breaking down barriers to social isolation through innovative, inclusive social isolation prevention programs. Our comprehensive approach includes assistance with system navigation, financial support, housing navigation, and advocacy. We are committed to fostering a connected, supportive, and vibrant community where every senior feels valued, included, and engaged.
