Our Mission

Our mission is to meet the immediate needs of low-income and homeless seniors within Los Angeles County through the provision of system and health navigation services, and social isolation prevention programs.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a community in which the needs of the senior population are met efficiently and effectively through streamline processes. Through various partnerships with both local and national agencies, seniors will obtain the much-needed services and advocacy needed to live out their lives without fear of social isolation and in peace.
